- A booking is confirmed after you accept the written quotation and pay a booking advance (usually 10–20% of the quoted amount).
- Booking confirmation with date, vehicle and team details is shared on WhatsApp/email.
- Please share any change in inventory or address at least 48 hours before the move.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the move date, subject to availability. Later requests may attract a charge of up to 10% of the booking value.
